NSF Fee

Hey I recently ordered a jacket through PayPal and I had the funds in my bank account at the time because i don’t usually keep any money in my PayPal balance. Anyways, I bought the jacket and the fees from PayPal were pending and the jacket was shipped and everything was fine until some auto withdrawals came in my bank account dropping the balance below my purchase of the jacket. So the payment bounced back and I was given a refund and had to pay an NSF Fee, so my question is, Will PayPal charge my card again so I can get my jacket or do I need to purchase it again? Than you!

If its marked as completed then it means you have paid and paypal are waiting for the funds to transfer to reimburse them.

So if that transfer failed then they will try again a few days later, if that fails again they may put your account into negative until you pay them back again OR charge any back up card you have linked.

Ohh alright. So since the payment the first time got bounced, then they will try again in a couple of days?

Yep and if that doesn't work they would try any back up card.
