My Payment Is On Hold Until 16th April - Its Ridiculous!

I have had my account for years and have been receiving regularly fairly large sums of payments. 

I just received another payment and its put my funds on hold until 16th April. 

This is completely unacceptable. How do i make sure this doesnt happen again?
