Must Confirm Card For Purchases?

Hi, 

Can I purchase if I haven't confirm my debit card ? Purchases for difference currency.

The card has to be confirmed to your PayPal account in order to select it as payment method at checkout. If you have not even added the debit card to your PayPal account, you can pay through PayPal Guest checkout using the pay with debit or credit card option (no log in to PayPal account needed) under the PayPal login form.
