I tried to add a debit card to my PayPal account earlier, but PayPal wouldn't let me because they said my card was already linked to a PayPal account. What does that mean & how do I fix it?

Have you had a paypal account in the past? Even one that you have now closed but didn't remove your card first?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
