I am in Kenya and my husband sent me money to take my ailing grandfather to hospital. The money was on hold for 24hrs then finally available but I cannot transfer the money to my hank because apparently PayPal cannot link with my bank, I have tried linking it with my safaricom line to withdraw it but then again PayPal cannot only option is to spend this money by buying stuff online which beats the purpose of why the money was sent My grandfather is gravely ill and with the pandemic no one else is willing to chip in. How can I withdraw money my grandfather needs medication urgently!
