I am new to paypal and a friend sent me some money via friends and family. Paypal won't let me withdraw it to my bank account. It just keeps saying, can't withdraw this amount - it's below the minimum. Initially it said $10.00 was the minimum, so my friend put more money in. Now it just keeps saying it is below the minimum. It says that I have 'x' amount to withdraw (not pending). Please help! It seems so many people have this problem, but I can't see a solution- just very angry, fed up people. Please help If you can. Thank you 🙂
