Money still on hold

I use depop to sell clothes, and every time I've sold something on depop and the money comes through to paypal it's always on hold for an unnecessary amount of time. I always add the tracking numbers in both depop and paypal so that I can collect my money faster, however every time I'm told my money will be on hold because It's outside my usual activity. When I have added the tracking numbers, paypal tells me that I should be able to receive my money 1 day after the items have been delivered. However this never happens. My money is still kept on hold for two weeks after I've submitted the tracking information for my parcels, and well after they have been delivered. I don't understand why my money is being flagged as outside my usual activity, it doesn't make any sense and it's very frustrating when I want to be able to collect my money.

Funds are normally released when tracking shows online that the item has been delivered to the buyer + 1 day as long as you used one of Paypals supported carriers.
If completed and no funds are released then contact c.s. and request manual release of funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
