Money on hold

My brother sent my mom mom hey, but he seemed to have sent it with the products and service, instead of just family or friends. I went on my moms PayPal, and i went to activity to the original money sent from my brother, and I have the options to refund or get my money sooner. When I click get my money sooner, I get two more options 1) product, or 2) service or virtual product. Since there’s no actual product, would I just select service & virtual product? And then my brother confirms the “service” and then my mothers money will go into her PayPal?

Mark the item as shipped in the PayPal transaction details, and that should open up the capability for the sender to go into the transaction details on their side, and acknowledge ''receipt of the item''. That may allow the payment to be completed more quickly, no guarantees though.
