I have been buying and selling on depot for years, with no issue. I recently took a larger payment for an item. This money went into hold. I posted it next day, added tracking and completed the sale on depop. The money is still on hold and the item has now been delivered. I have evidence of this from the buyer who said the item was perfect. Yet, PayPal still thinks the item is only shipped and not delivered. Im a student and I am selling to make whatever money I can, so its really frustrating knowing I've 100% completed the transaction yet the money is still on hold.
Please can someone help! Paypal make it impossible to talk to any real people and its really frustrating!
