I received payment for a service that I provided as a software development consultant and I received payment on PayPal. When the transaction showed up in my account I marked it as "Order Processed". It's been over one month since the transaction and I've tried to mark the order as shipped but I keep getting met with a screen that says "We're having technical difficulties" whenever I try to change the order status to shipped. At this point I feel like the payment will never go through.
