Missing money in account balance

Hi, Money was sent to my account In December by the same person twice (between 10 days ) on my account it shows that the money is transferred ( last payment was on 27th Dec) But my account balance is showing only one payment amount . PayPal help link continues to automatically send a message that customer service is not available at this time and to check back later ( which I’ve done few times on diferant days) any help/ ideas to sortout this issue is appreciated very much . Thank you 🙏
