MY CUSTOMER FROM OTHER COUNTRY IS PLAYING FROM OUR GAME IN PH, HE DECIDE TO TOP UP SO THAT HE PAY ME ON PAYPAL, HE ALREADY RECIEVED THE PROMO AND FREEBIES, BUT ON MY SIDE, THE PAYMENT IS ON HOLD. ITS UNFAIR FOR ME THAT I CANT USE THE PAYMENT OF MY CUSTOMER. IM LOOKING FORWARD TO RELEASE MY MONEY FROM HOLDING. AND ALL TRANSACTION FROM OUR GAME WAS GIVEN IN GAME. PLEASE HELP ME
If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. If not then sadly its 21 days.
