Linking bank account

Hi,

I am trying to link my Norwegian bank account to Paypal account which was created when I was in Germany. 

Payal allowed me to start the process and transferred 2 small amounts in my Norwegian bank. To confirm the account I entered the amount ( but didn't think it was in Norwegian kroners ). Paypal expected it in Euros. So the linking failed. When I try to link it again it doesn't allow me to add the account !!

I want to link the same account. What can I do now?
