Yes, as the card would be your main funding source for your transactions. Note that Papua New Guinea PayPal accounts can not receive money, only for buying online or sending money for goods and services.

Thanks. Would it be possible to get paid us using PayPal but we can use the money to again purchase online. Not for withdrawals.
