Issue trying to transfer funds to my credit card/bank account

Hello! I'm trying to transfer funds to my credit card but i get this message: "Sorry about that. We can’t complete this for you right now. You can try again in a minute or two. If you’re still having an issue, let us know." does anybody know what this is?

I also tried contacting my credit card's support center (no response yet) but will try calling  PayPal's customer service as well.
