I generally transfer funds from my PayPal balance to a prepaid netspend card that I have. This transfer or transaction usually posts to the card within minutes or less. For some reason now I did the same steps to transfer to the card and it is pending for up to 24 hours. What may be the reason for the delay? Also once the transfer has been made and I have been made aware it is in pending status is there anything that can be done to reverse or cancel that transaction?
