Incoming Personal Payment on Hold

Hi. My received money is on hold until delivering the item or adding shipping number. But thats not possible since this is a personal transaction not related to a business whatsover. what can I do?

I to have this problem. The merchandise was picked up not shipped. I hit get money earlier and it goes to a blank page.

This is MY ISSUE AS WELL. MY FIANCÉE,THE FATHER OF MY CHILDREN, THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, is the man that sent me this payment. We thought th we could count on PayPal for our transferring needs but we both were sadly mistaken. And now, this money that was meant to help with an emergency situation has been taken from us
