INVALID CARD NUMBER

Hello, so I am having trouble with my paypal card. I have no other card linked to my account.

Everytime I try to enter my card number it says it is "Invalid." I thought my card was damaged so 

I go another one. However, I received my new one today and its the same thing!! PLEASE HELP. I can reload it

but entering my card information to pay for things is trouble and I am confused. I did change my email some time 

ago. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

I am trying to make a purchase. I verified the funds were there and it says my card is invalid. I could load money and receive it so it’s active. Can someone please help??? I am beyond frustrated. It makes no sense
