Hi, I sent money to a friend in indonesia, but as he says, the payment was declined because his paypal was not activated. I am using paymaya (E-wallet in the Philippines) which act as a debit, and has a virtual card Visa= which I use to send money through paypal.
After the payment was refunded, I did not recieve money back to my virtual E wallet meaning paymaya. I have also not recieved the money in paypal. What should I do and who should I contact?
