I purchased a product in ebay, made payment via PayPal but ebay says payment is pending

Hi everyone,

I purchased a product in ebay, made payment via PayPal but ebay says payment is pending and that I should ask PayPal to release the money to ebay.

How do I get PayPal to release to ebay ASAP?
