I have money on hold but it is not showing up in my activity tab

I received money in my account on behalf of our organization. The funds were put on hold reasoning being that my account is still new. After I updated the information regarding the transaction, the transaction is not showing up in my activity tab. However, I can still see that the funds are on hold. What could be the issue, and what is the correct way to get the funds into my account?
