I did send An amount from my account to my bank and I do not receive, it's been 10 days

Is the transfer status marked complete? Give it 4 more days, if it doesn't arrive then contact PayPal customer service:

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
