I don't want money hold on my new PayPal account

This is my new PayPal account and tomorrow my brother will send me 1000 dollars.Will there be no problem in the PayPal account?Because I had made a payment 21 days ago which went on hold.I don't want my tomorrow's payment to stop.

As you can't receive personal payments in India then the funds will be received as for goods/services and yes you may get the hold as per link below.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
