I could not add a US bank account to First Century Bank
I can not withdraw money. How to be someone tell me?

Link a credit, debit or prepaid card to withdraw in your country.

Or call PayPal customer service for help with linking the US bank (maybe they are willing or not willing to link US bank from your country): 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
