I cannot transfer money to my bank account(s)

I have accounts in both Canadian and US banks.
Although I have no Holds on my PP that I can see, my Summary page will not load and the Transfer Funds page will not move from the To/From menus to show either the banks or the amount available.
This is a holiday weekend (Victoria Day in Canada and Memory Day in the USA) but normally that shouldn't be a problem.
I have sent a message to Customer Service an hour or so ago, but there has been no response.
Time Travellers. It is 2018. If you are reading this more than six months from now, the situation may have been resolved.
