I can't withdraw funds

Hello Everyone..

I have been trying several times to withdraw funds from my account, however every time I got to Bank transfer page get jammed and it does to blind

I tired from my Phone as well as my computer but never work as of now 

I was surprised that help desk are having working hours and they couldn't assist me at all 

any suggestions please ?!
