Thank you for the additional information @ferasdarkness. From reading your response it does sound like you may have exceeded this limit. This would mean that you would need to add a new card to your account as you would no longer be able to use this card. I can understand that this may be inconvenient however this is a security measure designed to protect all of your customers.

Thanks

Hi ferasdarkness,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues adding your card. Has your card been added a removed before the last time you removed it? A card can only be added three times within PayPal and after this, it will become blocked and you will no longer be able to use it on any PayPal account. If this is the case then I would recommend considering adding a new card.

I hope this has helped answer your question,

Paula

At first I has a PayPal with another country that I am not in and I has the card linked to that and after it I removed it so I can make one for my real country so I don't face problems and I created this one and I linked the card to it and 2 weeks later my friend couldn't receive money because he didn't have a card I tried to link mine to his account however it did not accept it and when I tried to re link it to my main account *this one* I couldn't I hope it isn't blocked since I really can't use any other card than this is there any other solution for it?
