I am not able to transfer money to my bank manually

I transferred money to PayPal this morning, and like every other time I was looking for manual transfer, but today it says only automatic transfer is available and not manual. 

So can anyone help me how much time automatic transfer system will take to transfer my money to my bank?

I am little worried right now 😞

And also, Is automatic transfer method is safe?
