Today I received an amount of 315$ to my account then Paypal asked me if I would like to keep this amount or keep in $, at this moment, I did not understand the meaning of the request so I chose "keep this amount". Then I saw that I received 219 euros only. I tried to change 219 euros to $, it equals to 303$, so where is the rest 12$? is it the fees? Why is there a huge difference? If now I would like to change back the amount that I received this morning into $ as I received 315$, what should I do?
