I recently purchased an item on ebay that never arrived, and ebay sent me a refund for it. The refund transaction shows up in my paypal account, yet it does not show that I have a balance on paypal (to be clear, it does not show that I have $0 as my paypal balance, it just doesn't show a balance whatsoever). There is also no option anywhere to transfer the funds to my bank. I wondered if maybe the money went straight to my bank account (with Chase) already, so I checked there too but it has not shown up. I only have a paypal personal account, not a business or a cash account or whatever the other kinds are. It has been 2 days since the refund showed up in my paypal transactions.
How do I utilize this money? I would like to transfer it to my bank (Chase) account. Have I just not waited long enough for it to process or something?
