I bought an item 2 weeks ago and haven't received it so I asked the seller about it but they didn't respond until I made a complaint and said they shipped it. But it's going to be 3 weeks now and the link given to me from the post office hasn't given me any updates so of course, I want a refund the issue there is I bought the item through Paypal guest. So now I don't know what to do.. can anyone help?
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
