Hold put on money from an ebay Sale. The buyer signed for delivery 7 days ago.

The buyer signed for delivery 7 days ago  I provided paypal with the tracking number, which shows the item sold was received and signed for.  So darn frustrated.

get on to them again by phone

and ask them to manually close the case

as you have proved your side

and that the item was signed for

and they should do it there and then
