My payment was for non tangible items and I already verified or confirmed this info in the system on 21 July.
THE WEBSITE SAYS it will be released after 7 days, following that.
It is now 29 July. So why is there still a hold after more than 1 week?
Website says that it might be 21 if the above was not done.
Such a mess from Paypal with these silly holds ALWAYS.
So what is it???? Why does Paypal have such a horribly unclear user interface and steal or "HOLD" my money for 3 whole weeks after they said it would be 1 week????
