My aunt sent me money and now it is saying that it is on hold how do I fix this?

Hi @Bbg0914, Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. You may want to check also with your aunt how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly ask them to follow the below steps: Here's how to confirm they received an item even if you did not sell something to your aunt so your money will be available to your account. 1. Click Activity at the top of the page. 2. Find and click the original payment for the item. 3. Click Confirm receipt. 4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order. I hope this helps.
