I sold some items on ebay and have been for 5-6months now, i have used usps and they have either not scanned or not correctly updated their systems and is causing my payments to stay on hold longer than they should..This last payment has been on hold 21 days and still not released, and customer has bought numerous items from me and has said they have received said item..I have tried to call paypal customer service and it is saying the number is no longer in service..???? Help someone please how do i get MY money that i need right now????? Thanks
