Help! I transfer my funds to a prepaid card chose the 1-3 minute option And i cat see any money I sent!

I have my husbands bank account, debit card, and my prepaid card on my account previously. I have a prepaid card due to my business. I was always able to transfer customer transactions to my prepaid card. However it started one day that it would say it’s on its way but never show up. When I spoke with customer service, she informed PayPal is no longer supporting prepaid cards but couldn’t tell me why. So now I have to use my husbands card on my transfers.
