Having trouble adding a bank account.

I've been trying to add my bank account to my business PayPal for a couple of days and it just keeps throwing the "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.". I contacted customer support, which told me they solved the issue and removed the account block, which didn't work. Is there anything else i can do?
