Fund Transfer did not reach my local bank

I did a fund transfer from my Paypal to my local bank. It said that the Fund Transfer is complete already. 4 days after the Fund Transfer is complete status, it is still not yet in my local bank account. i called the local bank and they confirmed they have not received anything from Paypal since Feb 25th.
