Error while adding Bank account

For so long, like more than 5-6 months whenever i try to add bank accounts. It says encountered some problem or technical issue. I contacted the customer care many times. They just say "Problem Fixed" and try after 2-3 hrs. I try again same issue. Please anyone help me.
