Error - Please add payment method

We have already filled our card details. However, we keep getting the message  - Please add payment method. Sometimes it pops up, sometimes it doesn't. It is very irritating to keep filling details again and again. Please help.

Have you confirmed the card with the code sent to your card statement when you added it?
