Error Messages

I have been trying to add money to my account.  My bank account is linked.  I keep getting an error that it can't be done now.  I sent a message to help center and today received email I have a message.  I tried to access the message and am told it isn't currently available.  And I tried to send another message to help center and got another error message.  And there is no way to get a human to respond.  HELP!

Thank you.  I tried that several times and using different banks and credit cards.  They all returned the same error message.
