Direct Deposit Account Number is LONG!

Trying to set up my Social Security direct deposit, but the account number with paypay(which says it actually just uses Wells Fargo) is 17 digits! 

Is this right? Isn't it supposed to be like 9 or 12 digits?

Also, is the bank Wells Fargo or PayPal?
