Debit card

Hi everyone, I created an account but I couldn’t change my nickname, so I closed the account and I created a new one. In the new account I can’t add my card because it says another account is already registered with it. I don’t understand because my old one was closed in the settings and don’t exist so it’s impossible.

Did you remove the card from your previous account before you closed it?

If not then its still linked to it and only customer services can help you remove it.
