Debet card not link in my Pakistan Bank account

I want to withdraw amount 33$ From PayPal to Allied Bank Pakistan but PayPal not connected to the US$ curreny oor Debut card not link my account.please help me

You must connect bank account from the same country/nationality as your PayPal account or connect a US bank to withdraw in USD for 3% fee.

 

And PayPal always convert to the local currency of the country you opened your PayPal account under. PayPal is not available for Pakistan.

 

What country is your PayPal account?
