I have received payments for work I have done for clients, via PayPal, on numerous occasions. However, this eve I received a payment that ws put on "Hold". I simply want to access the money now and put it into my checking account like I have before. I have tried contacting PayPal in every way possible but all I get is a computer answer which tells me that I have to wait 21 days before I can access it. The computer tells me that they have to wait until they verify that the customer received their product. THERE IS NO PRODUCT AND I DID NOT SELL ANYTHING.
