I cant sell my cryptocurrency because I have to verify my tax information which I have already done! Yall need to settle this ASAP its my money if I want to sell it I have the right to! This is **bleep**! Fix the problem I'm not the only one who's been doing with this either so I want it handle NOW!!!
I'm having the very same issue. Suddenly I keep being told to verify my tax info, but then I get an error. Over and over hundreds of times. Meanwhile, the value of my Litecoin has dropped and continues to do so. I've been on hold waiting to speak to a human being from their nearly non-existent customer service center now for almost 40 minutes. Trusting PayPal with my money was the height of foolish naivetè.
Also found that I'm having this issue as of this morning. I don't think I'll be investing via PayPal anymore. I can't get a response from PayPal on this.
I had been stuck in the "verify tax information" loop for 6 days. Finally resolved the issue today. The first thing I did was call customer service. When you do this, request to speak with the cryptocurrency specialists because they are the only ones who know what the hell your talking about. They can clear the hold immediately provided your browser has history AND cookies enabled. My browser was set to delete all history and cookies when closed so I changed that (not sure if this helped) Well anyhow, it works now and I can sell crypto. Hope this helps guys!!
