I have been trying to add my new bank debit card to my Paypal account but it gets declined. I've talked with my bank who say there is no block on the card, and I can use the card for online payments anywhere bar eBay and Paypal.
I've successfully added my bank account (the same one the card is linked to) to Paypal.
Any advice on what to do next? Right now using eBay and Paypal are simply not options for me.
