Hi , I am facing several issues here. I just opened Paypal a few days ago. How long does it take for Paypal to confirm my Malaysian bank account? (RHB Bank), I am currently in Malaysia and linked it with a Malaysian bank. It has been past a day and its status is still "Checking" , I want to transfer funds into my paypal balance but cant seem to do so because of this issue nor can I even use Paypal for that matter
On the other hand, i tried to link my debit card, but it's not confirmed. When I tried to confirm it, it stated that "our card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.". What are the factors which may contribute to such events? Could it be small bank balance?
