Confirmation email confusion

Hello ~ I just sent an invoice to a client by the name of Christy. She is the only person I have in my address book. I reviewed the invoice and all is correct. When I received the confirmation email it said Hello lipsense instead of Hello Christy. How do I change that on my recent activity? Also because her email says lipsense and not Christy how do I resend with correct info. I don't know how this name generated to the invoice.

 

Thank you in advance. 

She is my first customer.

Nevermind. The court reporter just got back with me. She used to sell Lipsense. It was not an error on my end. Have a great weekend.
