I keep getting the below message on attempting to withdraw from Mpesa. What could be the problem? Oops, the withdraw could not be completed.
We were unable to capture the funds, please contact Paypal at https://www.paypal.com/ke/selfhelp/home or the source of the funds.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
